      In Tatarstan, managing organizations have fully completed the recalculation of fees for the maintenance of common property (CPI) in only 14 municipal entities, including Naberezhnye Chelny and 13 districts. The complete recalculation of fees for communal resources spent on the maintenance of common property in apartment buildings (CPI) was carried out only in 14 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan based on last year's results. This list includes the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, as well as the districts of Agryz, Aktanysh, Arsk, Bavly, Zainsk, Leninogorsk, Mendeleyevsk, Pestretsy, Rybno-Slobodsky, Sarmanovo, Tetyushi, Tukayevsky, and Tyulyachinsky. In other areas, the work on adjusting the charges is either not completed or not fully executed. As of 2024, the total amount refunded to Tatarstan residents for overpayments on the lines "Cold water for the maintenance of common property," "Electricity for CPI," and other similar items amounted to almost 253 million rubles. The largest volume of compensation was for electricity—over 110 million rubles. More than 62 million rubles were refunded for overpayments for hot water, about 42.5 million for wastewater, and over 33 million rubles for cold water. This indicates significant discrepancies between the initial charges by managing organizations and the actual consumption of resources for communal needs.
