In Tatarstan, more than 1.1 million square meters of housing have been introduced since the beginning of the year.
In Tatarstan, since the beginning of the year, 1 million 136 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned, which is 36% of the annual plan. This data was announced at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Aizatullin, as reported by the press service of the President of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. The Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Alexey Pesoshin, participated in the work. In the field of commercial construction, 45 apartment buildings with a total area of about 376 thousand square meters have been completed (36% of the plan). The social mortgage program has been implemented at 22%: out of 108 planned houses for the year, seven have been completed with a total area of over 32 thousand square meters. In terms of individual housing construction, 728 thousand square meters have been completed, which corresponds to 37% of the plan. To provide housing for orphans, 641 premises in 51 apartment buildings are planned for this year. Also, as of today, 18 certificates have been issued for large families (21 recipients) and 61 certificates for young families – preparations are underway for the transfer of funds to the accounts of the executive committees. For three recipients from the categories of forced migrants and Chernobyl victims, their records are currently being checked. The list of objects for the republican housing construction support program is under approval. In the education sector, contracts have been signed for six out of seven planned schools. The completion of construction and installation works is at 29%, with six projects currently underway. Contracts have been signed for three kindergartens, and the completion of construction and installation works has reached 34%. In the healthcare sector, the construction of the reception and diagnostic department in Kazan is 27% complete. In sports, 14 projects are being implemented: universal playgrounds and indoor arenas are 3% ready (four projects are underway), the Football Development Center is 61% complete, and three ice arenas are 3% complete. In culture, out of seven projects, three multifunctional centers are 42% ready, and four art schools (national project "Family") are 6% complete. The environmental project for the reclamation of the Kazan sludge fields is 93% complete. In youth policy, five camps are being built out of seven projects, with a completion rate of 15%. There are also 19 executive committee buildings (20%) and four comprehensive service points (17%) under construction. Landscaping will cover 51 public spaces, with contracting expected to be completed by the end of March. Contracts have been signed for five projects under the republican program for the modernization of wastewater treatment facilities. By the end of March, a contract is planned to be signed for the republican program for street lighting restoration, and by the end of April for programs to replace boilers in heating plants, reconstruct and repair gas supply networks, and provide drinking water to the population. The list of objects for the republican program for the modernization of housing and communal services is under coordination. At the federal level, the implementation of two programs is planned. Under the federal project "Modern Appearance of Rural Territories," nine engineering infrastructure projects will be implemented. Contracts have been signed for five projects, and contracting for the remaining four is planned by the end of April. Contracts have been signed for the modernization of communal infrastructure systems, which includes the reconstruction and modernization of 17 engineering infrastructure projects. The completion rate for the program is 6%. Work is ongoing at 10 projects. Control over compliance with labor protection standards continues at construction sites. Since the beginning of the year, representatives of self-regulating organizations have conducted 461 inspections, including 208 on-site inspections. Disciplinary measures have been applied in 239 cases. Since the beginning of the year, the State Construction Supervision Inspection has issued 122 administrative responsibility rulings. In total, 211 inspections have been organized by the department since the beginning of the year. The Main Investment and Construction Administration has conducted 333 supervisory activities since the beginning of the year. Of the 670 identified violations, 585 have been eliminated to date.
