      Skills in working with drones acquired during military service are becoming in demand in civilian sectors. This was reported by the Tatarstan Military Commissariat.

      In the Republic of Tatarstan, there is a growing interest in specialists who can work with unmanned aerial vehicles. According to the Tatarstan Military Commissariat, soldiers who have undergone training in unmanned systems units successfully find applications for their skills in civilian life after service. Representatives of the selection point for contract service stated that modern technologies are rapidly developing, and drones are already actively used in various sectors of the economy. This includes agriculture, where drones are used for field monitoring, as well as in security, logistics, and other areas.

      Particular attention is paid to the quality of training. The selection for units related to UAV management remains strict, as the work requires high concentration, quick reaction, and technical skills. It is noted that individuals with experience in interacting with digital interfaces, including computer game enthusiasts, find it easier to master drone management.

      The Tatarstan Military Commissariat emphasized that the competencies acquired during service open up additional employment opportunities after its completion. Specialists with such skills are in demand in the labor market, making military service not only important for the country's defense capability but also promising for future careers.

      In addition, the region continues to implement support measures for citizens signing contracts with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
