This initiative was presented by the Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov, at the forum "There is a Result!" of the United Russia party. "The topic of developing yard sports requires more attention. Today it does not have a clear industry affiliation. We believe that the 'Zemsky Trainer' program should be expanded to cover not only rural areas. Then it will be possible to invite specialists to organize activities in the yards," Kadyrov explained in a conversation with Tatar-inform.
Thus, the agency's interlocutor is confident that, in addition to sports results, the initiative will also have a significant social effect. According to the minister, young people will receive street activities organized according to all safety requirements, as well as a clear system of upbringing.
