Zonal seminars of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on procurement have started in the Arsky district.

      Today, the first zonal seminars of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Procurement in 2026 began in the Arsky district. The key topics of the events were "Effective Participation in Procurement" and "Public Procurement: Changes and Practice of Application of 44-FZ," reports the press service of the agency. The head of the Arsky municipal district, Almaz Khisamutdinov, the chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Procurement, Marat Ziatdinov, and the general director of JSC "Center for Procurement Development of RT," Niyaz Gazeiev, addressed the participants with welcoming words. They noted the high activity of the participants. "It is important not only to analyze changes in legislation but also to build a systematic approach to supporting Tatarstan producers and to assist procurement participants," emphasized Marat Ziatdinov. Experts from the State Committee of RT for Procurement, JSC "Agency for State Procurement of RT," the Ministry of Economy of RT, JSC "Center for Procurement Development of RT," as well as a representative from the Federal Antimonopoly Service for RT acted as speakers. About 250 customers and more than 30 suppliers from 11 districts of the republic participated in the seminars. For customers, innovations in 44-FZ were discussed, typical mistakes in agreeing on positions were analyzed, and work on the exchange platform and the practice of the Federal Antimonopoly Service were discussed.

      For suppliers, the main topics included measures to support entrepreneurs, new rules of the national regime, risks of being included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers, and issues of reducing penalties. Zonal educational seminars on procurement in the districts of Tatarstan will continue throughout 2026.
