The press service of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan reminds: documents for the construction of any facility can now be processed on the RT state services portal.
Starting from January 1, 2024, the powers in the field of urban planning activities (except for Kazan) have been transferred to the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan. Now, most construction documents can be processed online in the "Digital Construction" section on the republican "State Services" portal. The service provides access to: construction permits and commissioning of facilities; urban planning plan for the land plot; information in the ISOGD; permits for conditionally permitted types of land use and for deviations from the maximum construction parameters.
