During the inspection, it was established that the activities actually fall under the definition of a zoo but do not meet the requirements for animal exhibitions. The following violations were also identified: observation, feeding, and cleaning logs are not maintained; premises for storing and preparing feed are not equipped for regular cleaning, washing, and disinfection; there are no certificates of conformity and veterinary accompanying documents for the feed; there is no license for the activity of keeping and using animals in zoos, zoos, circuses, and other similar institutions. As a result of the inspection, administrative offense cases were initiated against the individual entrepreneur under part 1 of article 8.53 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (failure to comply with the requirements for keeping animals), part 2 of article 8.53 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (conducting activities without a license), part 1 of article 10.8 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (violation of veterinary and sanitary rules).
