In Tatarstan, major repairs have begun in 169 apartment buildings, and a total of 706 apartment buildings will be renovated in 2026 across 41 municipal entities.

      In the Republic of Tatarstan, the implementation of capital repair programs for social and cultural facilities, apartment buildings, and hydraulic structures continues. This was reported today at a meeting in the Government House of Tatarstan by the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Damir Shaidullin. The meeting was chaired by the Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Alexey Pesoshin. The acting Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan, Marat Akhmetov, also participated in the event. The Saturday meeting traditionally took place via videoconference with all municipal districts. First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Damir Shaidullin, reported that in the "Education" sector, 170 facilities will be repaired this year as part of 4 federal and 4 republican programs. Work is already underway on 60 facilities. The program activities for the repair of 63 educational organizations have been completed by 18%. Additionally, the repair of food blocks is ongoing at six facilities. The program will fully kick off with the start of the summer holidays. The completion of repair work on kindergartens currently stands at 28%. The completion of capital repairs of resource centers is at 28%. There are 6 facilities in progress. The completion of repair work on dormitories is recorded at 22%. Over the past two weeks, a facility in the city of Bolgar in the Spassky district has been completed. In the "Healthcare" sector, 96 facilities will be repaired this year. More than a third of them are feldsher-obstetric points, with completion at 47% of the planned volume. The repair of children's milk distribution points has reached 66%, taking into account the completed facility in Kazan during the reporting period. Work on the repair of hospitals continues, with 21 facilities in progress. The current completion rate is 25%. The completion of capital repairs of 5 polyclinics is at 9%. The speaker reported on the work in the youth policy sector. Here, the repair of 23 facilities is planned. The program for the repair of children's health camps has been completed by 64%. Capital repairs of youth clubs are underway at two facilities in the Novosheshminsky and Tukayevsky districts, with an overall completion of 51%. All 5 buildings of psychological and pedagogical assistance, which are planned for repair this year, are with contractors. 15% of the total volume of work has been completed. Capital repairs of youth centers have been completed by 20%, with 5 facilities in progress. In the "Culture" sector, 38 facilities have been included in the republican and federal programs. The largest part of them consists of rural houses of culture, with completion assessed at 24%. During the reporting period, a facility in the Kukmor district has been completed. The completion of repairs for 4 children's art schools is at 16%. Three facilities are in progress in the Aksubaevsky and Sabinsky districts and in Naberezhnye Chelny. The completion of capital repairs of 12 other institutions in the sector is at 12%, with 7 facilities in progress. Under the Ministry of Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan, the repair of 25 facilities is planned this year. The completion of program works is at 12%, with 11 facilities in progress. Under the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Protection, the completion of capital repairs is at 49%. In the "Ecology" sector, 25 facilities are being implemented this year. The completion of work is at 39%. Over the past two weeks, a facility in the Buinsky district has been completed. One program will be implemented under the Ministry of Forestry, the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Ministry of Justice. Additionally, three programs are being implemented under the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Thus, the capital repair of 7 forestry buildings has been completed by 40%. The repair of fire station buildings has been completed by 6%, with work ongoing at 16 facilities. The completion of work on the repair of Ministry of Internal Affairs buildings is at 6%, with work ongoing at one facility in Kazan. The completion of work on the capital repair of magistrate buildings is at 21%, with 10 facilities in progress. The completion of work under the Ministry of Agriculture and Food to date is at 58%. Another 76 facilities are being repaired under other republican programs. Thus, the capital repair of executive committee buildings has been completed to date at 69%. During the reporting period, two facilities in the Spassky and Sarmanovsky districts have been completed. The repair of municipal archive buildings has been completed by 14%, with work ongoing at one facility in the Leninogorsk district. The repair of buildings under the jurisdiction of the National Guard is ongoing at two facilities in Kazan, with a completion rate of 8%. The repair of military enlistment office buildings has been completed by 23%. The capital repair of multifunctional centers has been completed by 46%. Damir Shaidullin reported on the progress of the capital repair program for apartment buildings. This year, it includes 706 apartment buildings in 41 municipal entities. The program provides for the replacement of 99 elevators in 44 buildings across 6 municipal entities. The funding volume for the program is 9 billion 65 million rubles. Work has begun in 169 apartment buildings in 16 municipal districts. The completion of construction and installation works is at 9%. Work on the remaining facilities is scheduled to begin in April of this year.
