The Rosreestr has launched a service for self-checking land plots.
Landowners in Tatarstan can independently check their plots for violations of land legislation. For this purpose, a special service "Self-assessment of compliance with mandatory requirements" is available on the Rosreestr website. This was reported by the press service of the Rosreestr Office for the Republic. The service is accessible to both authorized users and those who are not registered on the official website of the agency. To check a plot, one needs to enter its address or cadastral number and answer several questions. These questions concern whether the plot is being used, whether it is intended for residential or other construction, and whether there are any buildings or structures on it. At the results stage, the service informs about the presence or absence of violations. It also provides recommendations for addressing identified issues based on the entered data. In Tatarstan, a moratorium on scheduled inspections involving owners is in effect until 2030. However, if the agency receives a request, specialists are obliged to verify its validity. Almaz Nazmiev, head of the state land supervision department of the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Tatarstan, emphasized that the agency strongly recommends that rights holders independently inspect their plots using the service and take measures to rectify any violations found. Since the beginning of 2026, Rosreestr Tatarstan has conducted more than 1,850 control activities. As a result, over two thousand warnings about the inadmissibility of violations of mandatory land legislation requirements have been issued. Photo: freepik.com
