A new season of the "Personnel Reserve" project has started in Tatarstan.

      The 16th season of the republican project "Personnel Reserve" has opened in Tatarstan, which will help young leaders realize their potential in the field of youth policy. The large-scale project started at the Youth Extreme Park "URAM". This year, over 750 applications were received from 35 municipal districts of the republic. As a result of the selection, 85 participants were accepted into the program. The project will be implemented in two stages: the spring stage is dedicated to the development of specialists in the field of youth policy, while the autumn stage will serve as a platform for forming a new composition of the Youth Government of Tatarstan. Participants will undergo both in-person and distance learning stages. The program includes two areas: "Trying and Creating" – for beginners and "Developing and Scaling" – for experienced participants. Participants will have the opportunity to intern at leading organizations in the republic: Agrarian Youth Association of Tatarstan, FORPOST, Academy of Creative Youth of Tatarstan, "Movement of the First" of Tatarstan, Youth Center of Tatarstan. Over 17,000 people have participated in the project over its 16 years of existence. Among the graduates are successful leaders of the region: assistant to the President of Tatarstan Gazinur Bakirov, acting mayor of Innopolis Ildar Khuzzyatov, first deputy chairman of the regional branch of the "Movement of the First" Alla Kondratyeva.

      The project is being implemented with the support of the Government of Tatarstan by the Ministry of Youth Affairs in collaboration with the Academy of Creative Youth as part of the national project "Youth and Children".
