In the Novosibirsk region, the average price reached 13,696 rubles. This is 1.9 times higher than the national average. High prices were also recorded in Ingushetia, where the policy cost 10,794 rubles, in the Khabarovsk Territory with a figure of 9,836 rubles, and in Moscow with 8,800 rubles. The average cost of OSAGO in Russia from January to March 2026 was 7,214 rubles. This is 3.8 percent higher compared to the same period last year.

      In the first quarter, Lada cars were insured most frequently. The share of this brand in OSAGO policy sales reached 21.1 percent. Toyota came in second with a share of 10.7 percent. Hyundai rounded out the top three with a figure of 6.5 percent.

      The top 10 most insured brands also included Kia (6.2%), Nissan (5.2%), Renault (4.8%), Volkswagen (4.2%), Chevrolet (3.6%), Ford (3.2%), and Mitsubishi (2.7%).
