      The main problem schools face when conducting psychological monitoring remains the mandatory requirement for parental consent. Refusals from parents lead to some adolescents remaining "invisible" to specialists. "Social-psychological testing and medical examinations are legislatively established norms; however, they require parental consent. Due to refusals, the picture becomes incomplete. It is among those who have not undergone diagnostics that children who particularly need attention may be found. We need to seek additional legal mechanisms so as not to lose this category of kids," emphasized Ilsur Metshin.
