The rental prices for one-bedroom apartments in Kazan have decreased by 8.3%.

      In the first quarter of 2026, the rent for one-bedroom apartments in Kazan decreased by 8.3% – to 29.5 thousand rubles per month. Two-bedroom apartments fell by 6.6% to 38.3 thousand rubles, while three-bedroom apartments decreased by 3.9% to 48.7 thousand rubles. This data is provided by the analytical portal "World of Apartments".

      In Naberezhnye Chelny, the decline in rates was more moderate. The rent for one-bedroom apartments decreased by 0.9% to 28.2 thousand rubles, for two-bedroom apartments by 5.6% to 34 thousand rubles, and for three-bedroom apartments by 0.5% to 43.5 thousand rubles. On average across Russia, the cost of renting one-bedroom apartments decreased by 1% to 27 thousand rubles, two-bedroom apartments by 0.2% to 33.8 thousand rubles. At the same time, three-bedroom apartments became more expensive by 1% to 42.9 thousand rubles.
