      Higher education institutions and research organizations are creating a scientific and technological base for subsequent commercialization. Universities and scientific institutions in Tatarstan have attracted about 3.2 billion rubles within the framework of national projects being implemented since 2025. This was reported by the President of the Republic, Rustam Minnikhanov, at the plenary session of the Russian Venture Forum in Kazan. According to Rustam Minnikhanov, this concerns national projects such as "Means of Production and Automation," "Food Security," "New Materials and Chemistry," "New Health Preservation Technologies," and "Development of a Multi-Satellite Orbital Group." Minnikhanov noted that universities and research organizations are creating a scientific and technological base for subsequent commercialization, as well as developing scientific, engineering, and entrepreneurial competencies. "It is gratifying that scientific and educational organizations are actively involved in the implementation of national projects for technological leadership," emphasized the President of Tatarstan.

      The plenary session was also attended by the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Andrey Fursenko, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valery Falkov, and the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Kolesnikov.
