The plenary session was also attended by the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Andrey Fursenko, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valery Falkov, and the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Kolesnikov.
