      Russians will evaluate social sphere institutions through "Gosuslugi"

      An experiment is underway in Russia to implement an effective system for evaluating the services of social sphere organizations. It has been developed by the Ministry of Labor of Russia and the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia with methodological support from the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) in accordance with the decision of the President of Russia. This system will allow for feedback on social sphere organizations and determine citizens' satisfaction with the quality of preschool and school education, medical assistance, the conduct of medical and social expertise, as well as the work of physical culture and sports organizations.

      In 2026, the evaluation of organizations will be conducted in a pilot mode.

      Russians living in regions participating in the experiment will be invited to assess the convenience and quality of services provided by social sphere organizations, such as:

      · schools;

      · kindergartens;

      · hospitals and clinics;

      · medical and social expertise bureaus;

      · sports institutions.

      Each participating region of the experiment independently determines the types of organizations for evaluation.

      Citizens who contact these organizations will be able to assess the accessibility of information about the organization's activities, the friendliness of staff, the cleanliness and comfort of premises, as well as the presence of an accessible environment.

      Citizens registered on the Gosuslugi portal will be able to participate in the survey. Notifications about the survey will be sent to the email specified on Gosuslugi, to the personal account on Gosuslugi, and to the "Gosuslugi" mobile application.

      The survey will not take much time but will help identify shortcomings in the organization's activities and determine what improvements are needed to enhance the quality of its work and the quality of services provided.

      "The implementation of human-centered principles in social sphere organizations is one of the important tasks of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. The work of such organizations creates the foundation for human well-being and gives residents confidence in the future. The launch of a new quality assessment system is a serious step in the comprehensive work to improve the user journey, increase comfort, and enhance communication levels," noted ASI General Director Svetlana Chupsheva.

      The results of the organization’s evaluation will be available to the organization's management, as well as to federal and regional executive authorities, and will be used to take measures to improve the work of organizations and enhance the quality of the services they provide.
