All-Russian Agrodictation 2026
From May 26 to 30, 2026, Russia will host the All-Russian Agrodiktant — a significant event aimed at testing citizens' knowledge in the field of the agro-industrial complex, rural areas, and food security. This event will be the second of its kind and promises to attract the attention of a wide audience.
Registration and Participation Participants and venue registration is already open on the official agrodiktant.rf website. Anyone interested can test their knowledge both online and in person at one of the venues organized in all 89 regions of Russia. Participants will need to answer 30 test questions in 40 minutes. Upon completion, registered participants will receive an electronic certificate, and those who score the maximum points will receive a winner's diploma.
Grand Opening The opening ceremony will take place in Moscow at the National Center "Russia" as part of the Forum of Rural Workers. This event will emphasize the importance of the agro-industrial complex for the country's economy and its role in ensuring food security.
Themes and New Sections This year, the theme of the agrodiktant has been expanded. In addition to traditional blocks such as:
crop production,
animal husbandry,
fisheries,
digitalization,
export,
agrotourism,
food security,
a new section has been added — "Agricultural Economics." The tasks will be adapted to the age and level of preparation of the participants, allowing everyone to showcase their knowledge.
Participation of Organizations Organizations wishing to host participants in person can declare their venue by May 18. This will create additional opportunities for interaction and knowledge exchange among participants.
First Agrodiktant: Results The first All-Russian Agrodiktant, held in October 2025, gathered over 400,000 participants from all 89 regions of Russia. Of these, 61% took the dictation in person, while 39% participated online. Both urban and rural residents participated, with women being more active, making up 62% of the total number of participants. More than 8,000 people became absolute winners, of whom 60% did not have a professional agricultural education.
Importance of the Agro-Industrial Complex Russia holds leading positions in the world in food production and export. The country's agro-industrial complex is actively digitalizing and developing, which requires citizens to have up-to-date knowledge in this area.
