Local Self-Government Day in the Zainsk District: Awards, Prizes, and New Members of the United Russia Party
On April 21, since 2013, Russia has been celebrating Local Self-Government Day. The date was established by a decree from the country's President Vladimir Putin. The main goal, as stated in the document, is to enhance the role and significance of local self-government, develop democracy, and civil society. In the Zainsk District, this day was marked with a series of well-deserved awards. For many years of fruitful work and significant contributions to the development of local self-government, the Head of the Executive Committee of the Zainsk Municipal District, Emil Galeev, was awarded a letter of appreciation from the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. A similar award was presented to the head of the Nizhnebyshevsky rural settlement, Aliya Gilfanova. Gratitude from the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan was announced to Vladimir Kudryashov, the head of the legal department of the Zainsk Municipal Council.
