The residents of Bugulma met with the mayor and discussed pressing issues.

Participants discussed the reform of housing and communal services in the city and district, as well as specific problems at individual addresses. Questions for management companies remain one of the most pressing issues for the residents of Bugulma. An open meeting was held at the House of Technology with the mayor of the city, Damir Fattakhov, and representatives of management companies. Active citizens and heads of management companies attended the meeting, but not all: representatives of the company "Antey" were absent without explanation.

The mayor immediately outlined an open format for dialogue – they talked about pressing issues, and the answers were direct and detailed. The first issue raised was the reporting of management companies to residents. Judging by the reaction of the audience, most had never seen reports from their management company and do not know how their money is being spent.

"I am sure that transparent reporting is one of the key conditions for the effectiveness of management companies," emphasized Damir Fattakhov. According to the law, management companies are required to report to residents once a year on the work done.

"Unfortunately, the level of communication with management organizations leaves much to be desired. I am confident that if residents first knew how much money the management company collects from their building and had the opportunity to see these reports, half of the questions would certainly be resolved. You should be interested in this: if you can report to the people, there will be less dissatisfaction and questions directed at you," the mayor addressed the heads of management companies.

Reports can be viewed in the GIS Housing and Utilities system, in the "State Services Home" app, on the management company's website, or on the information board in the entrance.

      New standards and tariffs

The situation with companies that have lost their licenses to manage apartment buildings was discussed separately: these are the management companies "Luch" and "Antey." They are required to continue managing the buildings until a new company is chosen. Soon, the municipality will announce an open competition. In mid-May, it will be known who will manage the buildings after "Luch" and "Antey."

Since March, a new management company "My Bugulma" has been operating in Bugulma. Its task is to show residents a new standard of quality and transparency so that apartment owners know how their money is being used. Currently, it manages more than 70 apartment buildings.

They also discussed the increase in fees for the maintenance and repair of housing.

"In Bugulma, the tariff for housing services has not been raised for the past six years. During this time, the cost of work has significantly increased: fuel, materials, labor costs, and so on. We appealed to the state expertise, which professionally recalculated and updated the tariffs. Now we do not accept excuses from management companies that they do not have money for a janitor or equipment for cleaning the yard," noted Damir Ildusovich.

The head of the district urged residents to actively express their civic position. Then, the residents of Bugulma, in close cooperation with the management company, will be able to jointly determine priority work for the repair, maintenance of the building, and the adjacent territory.
