This was reported by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. One of the men managed to get to the shore with the dog. The second man initially held onto the boat but soon disappeared from sight. Rescuers from the ZPSO No. 2 quickly arrived at the scene and conducted a diving search. About 7,500 square meters of the bay's water area were surveyed. The body of the drowned man was found about 100 meters from the shore at a depth of 3 meters. It has been handed over to the police.
