The veteran movement of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan is 35 years old.
In honor of the anniversary date, a solemn meeting was held at the police station. On April 17, the veteran movement of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia celebrated its 35th anniversary. In connection with this anniversary, those whose youth was spent in uniform gathered within the walls of the police. The event began with a minute of silence. The attendees honored the memory of colleagues—those who died while on duty in the hot spots of the country, and those who have already passed away in peacetime. The deputy head of the Zainsk municipal district, Pyotr Urazaikin, welcomed the honored guests and the celebrants. In his speech, he emphasized that veterans of the internal affairs bodies are the backbone of mentorship for the younger generation. Words of deep respect and gratitude were also expressed by current leaders. Acting police chief Eduard Efimov noted that without the experience of veterans, it is impossible to imagine the modern work of the internal affairs bodies. For many years of conscientious work and active public service, veterans received letters of appreciation. Another important symbol was presented to each attendee: a commemorative badge "35 years of the organization of veterans of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan." This small award signifies the main point: 35 years is not just a date, it is an era of loyalty to the oath.
