      Recall that according to the prosecution, Belozerova became the owner of assets worth 96 million rubles as a result of fraudulent actions involving the forgery of a power of attorney in the name of her aunt Alevtina Kanasheva and bribing psychiatrist Alexander Davydov, who certified the capacity of the already deceased pensioner with documents for 2016 and 2023, allegedly issued before the notarization of the will in Kanasheva's name and the issuance of a general power of attorney to the heir - Belozerova. Later, these documents were requested to be included in the case by Belozerova's representative in the Kirov District Court of Kazan, as justification for her client's rights to the contested inheritance claimed by the late pensioner's granddaughter.
