Connections solve everything: How the All-Russian Forum in Chally went

      The All-Russian Forum "Entrepreneur Growth 2026" took place at the IT Park of Naberezhnye Chelny on April 24. The event brought together federal-level experts, active entrepreneurs, and those just starting their journey in entrepreneurship. The forum was organized by the Business Education Center "KVANTOR-M," the media holding "SV Media," and the media group "Darina Media." The meeting attracted representatives from small and medium-sized businesses, public organizations, and official structures. It is clear that the demand for real tools capable of providing support in times of crisis has emerged at all levels.

      The forum became a platform for lively dialogue. Four parallel streams allowed participants to delve into topics that today define success: from the implementation of artificial intelligence in sales and marketing to building a strong team and adapting business models to new legislative challenges. Deep networking, conceived as a strategy for building long-term connections – with organizers promising each participant 50 contacts – met expectations. Moderators helped participants find points of intersection, while entrepreneurs effectively promoted themselves and their businesses. "The forum provides an opportunity to grow and gain contacts. Connections solve everything," shared one participant's impression.

      At the announcement stage, the organizers mentioned a secret guest, a Chelny businessman who has experienced ups and downs and is ready to share his experience. He turned out to be Yaroslav Balta, the founder of the BALTA Group. His speech can be considered one of the most motivational, as the guest was self-ironic, candid, and optimistic.

      Speakers from Moscow and Kazan shared working tools and strategies: how to increase revenue in unstable times, how to find and offer products that the market needs, and how to turn corporate values into a competitive advantage. Elena Zhdanova, an expert with 25 years of experience in personnel management, noted that it is especially important for small businesses to feel support and see examples of those who overcome difficulties. Lydia Zorina, a mentor in systematic sales management, emphasized that even in turbulence, there is always something that can be structured and reassembled. "Regardless of external instability, an entrepreneur can find growth points and tools to increase revenue. The main thing is to act," she summarized.

      The most discussed and sought-after topic was artificial intelligence. Participants noted a high level of engagement and practical value in the discussions: from basic principles of prompting to delegating full-fledged business processes to neural networks. Vladislav Loginov, the creator of the "AI Compass" platform and a speaker at the forum, reminded participants: "AI will not replace humans; humans will be replaced by those who know how to work with AI."

      The organizers also expressed their opinions. Olga Ignatieva, director of the Business Education Center "KVANTOR-M," shared that the program was formed based on interviews with thirty entrepreneurs from Naberezhnye Chelny and Izhevsk. "We analyzed requests and included marketing, management, AI, and teamwork in the program. And we see that participants appreciate this approach: questions arise about why there haven't been similar events in the city before, why it was necessary to go to Moscow for knowledge." Irina Shaidullina, executive director of the media holding "SV Media," noted that the forum format turned out to be in demand: "We wanted to connect people, opportunities, and meanings. And this task has been realized one hundred percent. I hope the forum will become annual." Zhanna Darina, founder of "Darina Media," who served as the forum's moderator, emphasized: "What is this forum for? It is for uniting, for gaining new knowledge and information, and, of course, for the growth of entrepreneurs!"

      The "Entrepreneur Growth 2026" forum concluded with a prize draw from the general partner of the forum, the company "BKS World of Investments." Participants left the event with a clear understanding of the next steps in developing their business.
