      Today, on the Day of Russian Parliamentarism, the Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin sent a congratulatory telegram to the Acting Chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan Marat Akhmetov. "120 years ago, the first State Duma in the history of our country began its work," the telegram notes.
