At certain stages, we have managed to achieve results from 20 to 44 days," Galiev explained. For comparison, previously projects could receive funding within six months or even a year. "Last year, among the industrial development funds of the regions, ours took first place. The IDF noted that the review times and the competitive procedure itself have been significantly reduced," commented the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan, Rodion Karpov. Since 2016, the Investment and Venture Fund of Tatarstan (IVF RT) has been empowered as the regional Industrial Development Fund in the territory of the republic. Together, they provide preferential loan co-financing for projects aimed at import substitution and the production of competitive civilian products, up to 200 million rubles. The interest rate ranges from 3 to 5% per annum, with a term of up to five years.
