In the kindergarten "Enzhe," it always smells especially delicious in the mornings. This aroma is the work of Lilia Smirnova, a chef with a big heart and golden hands. She arrives at work while the preschoolers are still sweetly sleeping, so that by the time they wake up, a tasty and healthy breakfast is ready on the stove. She came to this profession by the call of her heart. Her love for cooking awakened in childhood when she first tried to cut noodles on her own. Today, her skills are honed, but in her soul, she remains the same girl who wants to feed everyone with care and deliciousness.
"I just love to cook," says Lilia Smirnova, smiling. "It's especially nice to cook for children. When the little ones eat with appetite, that's the best reward."
Her signature dishes include hearty pickle soup, tender pea porridge, and golden-brown cutlets, but the special love of the children is won by the cottage cheese casserole "Sweet Tooth," which the preschoolers devour with gusto.
No matter how appetizing the lunches she prepares for the kindergarteners are, the most delicious dishes Lilia cooks at home. In her family, she is not only the head chef but also a caring mother of three daughters, who is always there to support, comfort, and hug, as well as a loving wife who greets her husband with a hot dinner. And her main culinary secret never changes – it is the love that she does not measure with spoons but pours from the heart.
