As part of the festive events dedicated to the 81st anniversary of the Great Victory, and in order to ensure public safety, we ask you to carefully familiarize yourself with the following information: On May 9, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, traffic will be closed on Lenin Street (from the museum to Zaikina Street), Tatarstan Street (from Engels to Victory Square), Dynamo descent and ascent, and Youth Street (from K. Marx to Lenin Street). We ask you to change your transport routes in advance.
During the festive events, entry to the "Avangard" stadium will be through the central entrance on Lenin Street, with security checks being conducted.
On May 9, starting at 11:00 AM, a solemn procession (laying of wreaths and flowers) by enterprises, institutions, and residents of the city to the Eternal Flame will take place according to the previously approved scheme and time.
To ensure the smooth passage of security checks, please do not bring unnecessary hand luggage, excluding the carrying of aerosols, flammable substances, sharp and cutting objects, and liquids in containers.
