The fair season has come to an end in Zainsk.

      The source of income for thousands of families, the backbone of villages and settlements, remains personal plots and farms. They make a significant contribution to the organization of agricultural fairs, providing city residents with high-quality natural products at reasonable prices. On May 1, 2026, the final agricultural fair of the season took place in Zainsk. As part of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy" and the regional project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative," 32 weekly agricultural fairs have been held in Zainsk since the beginning of the season, starting from September 2025, where products worth 30 million 309 thousand rubles were sold. From January to May 2026, more than 20 tons of meat and sausage products, over 32 tons of grain and mixed feeds, more than a ton of milk, over 2 tons of confectionery, and more than 5 tons of other goods were sold, including seedlings of trees and shrubs, and seedlings of garden and vegetable crops. In total, over 62 tons of goods were sold during this period. Traditionally, Zainsk residents were offered products from producers in the city and district, private entrepreneurs, farmers, personal plots, and rural settlements at the agricultural fair: meat and dairy products, poultry meat, eggs, vegetables, honey, dried fruits, confectionery, and other goods. The products were sold by the Agricultural Park Resource, led by Albert Nailovich Ayupov, Alexander Mikhailovich Nosov, Viktor Vasilyevich Sirotkin, Nikolai Vasilyevich Kartashov, Pyotr Petrovich Stepanov, Olga Petrovna Shaigordanova (vegetables), Gulchira Saubanovna Alexandrov (smoked products, berries), Flura Valeevna Akhmetzyanova (chicken products), Albina Petrovna Garifulina (confectionery), Elena Sabiryanovna Katkova (sausage products), rural settlements, and other producers. In addition to farmers and villagers, amateur gardeners also sold their goods at the fair.

      The resumption of weekly agricultural fairs is scheduled for September of this year, also in the central square of the city in front of the Energetik House of Culture.
