In this regard, the director of LLC "Alliance" was held administratively liable and fined 25,000 rubles. A second fine of 25,000 rubles was imposed for the unsatisfactory work of the emergency dispatch service. One of the residents of the building contacted the management company with a statement about flooding in her apartment and a request to draw up a report on the damage caused. However, instead of the required five days, the report was only prepared after a month and was not provided to the applicant. During the inspection, the management company employees attempted to mislead the inspector, claiming that the statement only mentioned flooding in common areas, not in the apartment. However, a careful study of the resident's appeal refuted these claims, as it clearly indicated flooding in both the apartment and the stairwell. The attempt to reclassify the statement about flooding in the apartment as a statement about flooding only in common areas is unacceptable and indicates a reluctance on the part of the housing officials to take responsibility for what happened.
