      The State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" is actively developing an online showcase of property, in collaboration with colleagues from municipalities, increasing the accessibility of information about state assets for the citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan. Over four months in 2026, the showcase has been supplemented with 149 new objects. To date, the platform features 501 objects: 65 are in republican ownership, while 436 are in the municipalities of the republic. Work with potential interested parties is conducted individually: complete information and prompt responses to all arising questions are provided for each requested object. The card for each object contains photographs, cadastral number, year of construction, information on connection to engineering communications, and possible options for use. Any individual or legal entity can submit an application, which will be forwarded to a specialist for additional information. The Republic of Tatarstan continues to demonstrate a systematic approach to managing state property, implementing modern technological solutions to ensure transparency and efficiency in these processes.
