      In Kazan, systematic work continues to free city streets from improperly parked individual mobility devices (IMD). Another raid took place today: 18 units of equipment were evacuated from central streets and transport safety zones. According to city services, 17 electric scooters and one bicycle were seized. Among them are 8 scooters from the Whoosh service, 9 from "Yurent," and one bicycle from the "Green City." The evacuation was carried out from the transport safety zone near the "Ametyevo" metro station, as well as from the streets of Pushkin, Karl Marx, Ostrovsky, and several other central highways. Authorities note that the situation with IMD parking in the central part of the city is gradually improving thanks to regular monitoring activities. Joint raids involving traffic police will continue.

      Recall that on May 5, Kazan held the first raid of this season to monitor compliance with IMD parking rules. During the inspection organized by the city transport committee in conjunction with the traffic police and the administrative and technical inspection, 157 electric scooters and three bicycles were evacuated from unauthorized parking lots.
