      The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, by his decree, expressed gratitude to the head of the Ministry of Digital Development of Tatarstan, Ilya Nachvin, and awarded an honorary certificate to the head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, Taliya Minullina. Both Ilya Nachvin and Taliya Minullina were recognized for "achieved labor successes and many years of conscientious work." Among those associated with Tatarstan, the head of state also expressed gratitude to the deputy chief engineer of the Gorky Railway, Evgeny Ananyin, and the deputy chief inspector for train movement safety of the GZhD, Oleg Kasimov.
