      A resident of Almetyevsk, living in house No. 83 on Lenin Street, endured flooding in her apartment for two months due to a leaking roof. Despite numerous appeals to the management company LLC "UK Alsu," the problem remained unresolved. The woman submitted 10 requests to the management company to fix the leak. However, it turned out that the company's dispatcher approached her duties formally. In the request log, instead of actual actions to repair the roof, the "execution" column only contained entries like "passed to the master" or "passed to the group." This meant that the resident's requests were essentially ignored. The situation was exacerbated by the fact that the act of flooding, which was supposed to be drawn up to document the damage, appeared only two weeks after the first appeal. Moreover, the document itself was never issued to the applicant, leaving her without the opportunity to officially record the incident. The apartment continued to flood, while the management company essentially ignored the problem. An administrative offense case was initiated against one of the company's employees under part 1 of article 7.23.3 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation. By court decision, the guilty party was fined 25,000 rubles.
