The wartime worker Nina Konstantinova from Tatarstan is celebrating her 100th anniversary.
The rear worker Konstantinova Nina Kirillovna from the Sabinsky district of Tatarstan is celebrating her 100th birthday today, reports the press service of the Ministry of Labor of the Republic of Tatarstan. "Nina Kirillovna was born in the village of Kybash on May 10, 1926. She received four grades of education and started working at the age of 14. When the Great Patriotic War began, the heavy labor fell on the shoulders of children, teenagers, and women. Nina Kirillovna loaded and unloaded wagons and transported timber," the press service said. After the war, she met Semyon Konstantinov, whom she married in 1946. In 1947, their first child was born. In total, Nina and Semyon had and raised three daughters and five sons. Nina Kirillovna worked her entire life at the Kirov collective farm and retired from there. In 1987, Konstantinova became a widow. She has 11 grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and the rear worker lives with her son Anatoly's family.
