The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan has approved the hourly wage rates for educators participating in events to develop the Olympic movement, according to the published decree. According to the document, the rates are differentiated depending on the qualification of the educator and the type of work. For checking Olympic works, developing tasks, and conducting training camps, the maximum rate (470 rubles per hour) is set for employees with a professor's degree, a doctorate, as well as for educators with honorary titles "People's Teacher of the Russian Federation," "People's Teacher of Tatarstan." For educators with a docent degree, candidate of sciences, as well as those with titles "Honored Teacher of the Russian Federation," "Honored Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation," and "Honored Teacher of Tatarstan," the rate will be 358 rubles per hour. For educators without a degree or titles – 245 rubles per hour.
The Ministry of Education and Science of Tatarstan has been tasked with developing and approving the payment procedure for educators participating in events to develop the Olympic movement. The control over the implementation of the decree is assigned to the Ministry of Education and Science of Tatarstan.
