Tatarstan ranked fourth in the rating of Russian regions by interest in suburban real estate, accounting for 3.9% of the total demand in the country. This is evidenced by data from the analytical center "Avito Real Estate," as reported by TASS. The leader in demand was Krasnodar Krai with a figure of 9.3%, followed by the Moscow region at 8.9%. The third position was taken by Rostov Oblast with a share of 4.3%. The Leningrad region also made it into the top five with a result of 3.3%.

According to analysts, the majority of requests are for private houses (79%), summer cottages are of interest to 14% of potential buyers, cottages account for 5%, and townhouses for 2%. There is a growing interest in suburban real estate: compared to February, the number of views of houses increased by 11%, and the number of visitors to the section grew by 6%.
Tatarstan also remains among the leaders in demand for new buildings, despite an overall decline.
