The deadlines for coordinating documents with utility supply organizations have been shortened in the Republic of Tatarstan.

      Since the launch of the Unified Coordination Office (EKS) in Tatarstan, 43 resource-supplying organizations (RSO) have joined the platform. As a result, the response time from RSOs has been reduced from 90 to 5 days, which accelerates the implementation of investment projects. A total of more than 380 users are registered in the service. Ministries and subordinate organizations, municipal authorities, resource-supplying and network organizations, mobile and fixed-line operators, as well as oil companies are connected to the system, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the coordination of documentation. The resource has provided 280 services. The platform ensures a complete cycle of electronic interaction for technological connection procedures. Among them are: issuing technical conditions for connecting capital construction facilities to engineering and technical support networks; exchanging information about existing and projected networks and facilities of engineering, transport, and other infrastructure, coordinating the project route, engineering and topographic plan; coordinating the survey of current changes with RSOs, which are the owners of networks and engineering and technical support facilities and transport infrastructure, identified during the survey of current changes. It should be noted that the EKS in the Republic of Tatarstan is an electronic platform created to optimize the procedures for technological connection to engineering infrastructure networks. The system aims to reduce the time for service provision, simplify interaction between government authorities, resource-supplying organizations, and businesses. The functional operator of the platform is the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the technical operator is the Center for Digital Transformation of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the operator responsible for data storage and processing is the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
