"Tatneft" presented the main areas of work for 2026.
The annual conference of the labor collectives of the "Tatneft" group took place in Almetyevsk. The event brought together employees from 25 company sites in Russia and abroad: all were connected to a unified information space in real-time. The conference began with a video presentation dedicated to the results of various company divisions. Then, the general director Nail Maganov addressed the employees, outlining the main areas of work for 2026. During his speech, the leader noted that the company's development is determined not only by financial results. According to him, the key role is played by the people who turn resources into technologies, technologies into results, and results into the foundation for the further development of the company and the region. One of the main topics of the conference was the concept of "sustainable future economy," which implies a connection between business efficiency and the quality of life of people. It was noted that the volume of the company's social investments annually exceeds 32 billion rubles, reaching 38 billion rubles in 2025. Special attention was paid to employee health issues. The company has a support system that includes preventive medical examinations, nutrition programs, workplace gymnastics, subsidized sanatorium treatment, and the development of medical infrastructure. In particular, a new perinatal center has opened in the southeast of Tatarstan. The conference also touched on the topic of education. The company is developing a training system that covers various stages—from preschool education to professional development. It includes kindergartens and schools focused on engineering creativity, biotechnology, and IT, specialized children's camps, as well as the Higher School of Oil. In 2025, students from 61 regions of Russia and seven foreign countries studied at this university. Speaking about the development of human potential, Nail Maganov specifically highlighted cultural projects. According to him, music schools, creative spaces, festivals, and programs for preserving cultural heritage create an environment that fosters broader personal and intellectual development. Summarizing, the general director reported that in 2026, the company plans to continue expanding its activities, launching new productions, and working in special economic zones. He noted that an important principle remains the development of partnerships and areas of presence. During the conference, representatives of the management also answered questions from employees in the hall and regional sites live.
Another event of the conference was the signing of the updated collective agreement, which defines the conditions for supporting the company's employees. The conference concluded with an award ceremony for the best employees, who received state, departmental, and corporate awards.
