Since June 2025, the Republic of Tatarstan has been operating the digital platform "Property Showcase," which has brought together more than 500 unused state and municipal real estate properties for transfer to investors and entrepreneurs.
The digital project "Property Showcase" continues to actively develop in the Republic of Tatarstan, created to return idle buildings and premises into economic circulation. The platform was launched in June 2025 by the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan in collaboration with the Republic's Investment Development Agency. Its key goal is to provide businesses with a single online access to properties that have been decommissioned but retain potential for new use. As emphasized by the Minister of Land and Property Relations of Tatarstan, Fanil Agliullin, the service allows for the accumulation of information in one place about all buildings and premises suitable for further use that were previously excluded from circulation.
As of today, more than 500 properties are listed on the "Property Showcase." Of these, 65 are in republican ownership, while more than 440 are municipal. The database is constantly updated and covers various districts of the region.
Each property is accompanied by a detailed card: users can view photographs, cadastral numbers, year of construction, information about the availability of engineering communications, and recommended usage options. This approach allows investors to quickly assess the prospects of their investments.
Since the launch of the platform, more than 100 inquiries have been received from interested entrepreneurs. Specialists are working individually on each inquiry, assisting with property valuation and the preparation of necessary documents.
The results of the project are already noticeable: in the first year of operation, the "Property Showcase" facilitated the sale and leasing of 32 properties. Interested parties can familiarize themselves with available lots and submit applications on the investment portal of the Republic of Tatarstan.
