      The acceptance of applications for the lot, which has become the subject of a scandalous anti-corruption case in Tatarstan, has started on the electronic platform GIS "Torgi." A Mazda car was seized for state revenue by the decision of the Bugulma city court, which satisfied the claim of the prosecutor of Tatarstan against the former mayor of Bugulma, Linar Zakirov, and his former subordinate. The black Mazda CX-5, manufactured in 2022, is being sold at an initial price of 2 million 360 thousand rubles (including VAT). The auction step is set at 118 thousand rubles. The acceptance of applications started on May 22 and will end on June 16, with the auction scheduled for 10 AM on June 19.

      Since 2023, this car has been owned by Evgenia Starostina, who worked as a secretary in the administration of the Bugulma district. In 2025, the head of the Tatarstan prosecutor's office, Albert Suyargulov, demanded the seizure of this foreign car and a three-room apartment belonging to Starostina, insisting that these purchases were paid for by the former mayor in the absence of legal sources of income. In the Bugulma court, Starostina claimed that the disputed assets worth 7 million rubles were a gift from a man, but she refused to disclose the personal details of the benefactor. The claim was satisfied, and this spring the decision came into force.

      Also re-listed for electronic auction is a snow-white Porsche Cayenne from 2019, previously registered to Zakirov's mother-in-law and used by him. The first auction with an initial price of 4.9 million rubles in March of this year was declared unsuccessful due to a lack of applications. At that time, the description of the lot stated that the keys and documents for the car were missing. As of today, the situation has changed — the car lot now includes the keys, certificate, and vehicle passport. Meanwhile, the initial price has been reduced to 3 million 397 thousand rubles, and the auction step is now 169.85 thousand rubles.

      The acceptance of applications from interested parties will last until June 10, and the auction is set to take place on the 15th at 10 AM.

      Recall that the Porsche was seized by bailiffs as part of the enforcement of the decision of the Vysokogorsky court of Tatarstan, which satisfied the prosecutor's claim against the former mayor of Bugulma and his relatives for 115 million rubles, including housing and plots in Kazan, Moscow, and Sochi, as well as the foreign car registered to Zakirov's mother-in-law, Rezida Khamzina. The lawyers of the defendants were unable to overturn this decision either in appeal or in cassation.

      As sources from "Real Time" note, the bailiffs have currently managed to fully enforce both anti-corruption decisions against Linar Zakirov and the co-defendants. In Tatarstan, two foreign cars, a parking space, and an apartment of 127.5 square meters in the Kazan residential complex "House on Kremlin" were seized, in Moscow — housing of 70 square meters in the high-rise residential complex "Heart of the Capital" on Shelepikhin Embankment, in Sochi — an apartment of 130.8 square meters in the residential complex Golden Palace, a house of 207 square meters with a plot in the cottage village "Rich&Rich," and a 1/4 share of a land plot of 239 square meters in the village of Moldovka.

      The keys to the real estate were handed over several months ago, and after the valuation procedure is completed, they will also be put up for auction.
