      In the capital of Tatarstan, the house of Sh. Marjani will be completely renovated. This concerns a cultural heritage site built in the mid-19th century, located at K. Nasiri St., 10. The relevant act has been published on the website of the republic's committee for the protection of cultural heritage. The two-story building, with an area of 308 square meters, belongs to the Municipal Budgetary Institution for the development of the historical and cultural territory "Historical Environment." Currently, the house is under the operational management of the association of Muslim entrepreneurs, according to the document.

      As a result of the study, it was found that the house is in unsatisfactory condition. The building lacks horizontal and vertical waterproofing of the walls, ventilation under the floor, and insulation. As a result, the building freezes, and the heating system fails.

      The workers intend to restore all decorative elements of the facades (pilasters, window frames, friezes, and cornices), replace damaged sections of the wall cladding, repair emergency networks and staircases, reinforce the roof, and so on.

      The adaptation of the building involves the placement of exhibition and multifunctional halls, cafes, a workshop, restrooms, and technical rooms.

      Earlier, it was reported that the project for the capital renovation of the Sports Palace in Kazan passed inspection.
