Tatarstan children and youth: a chance to become a "Creator of the Future - 2026"

      The All-Russian distance competition has started for residents of Tatarstan aged 7 to 25. Eight creative directions, the main theme "Cultural Code," and the opportunity to receive a federal assessment of one's abilities.

      Who organizes the competition and for whom it is created: The Arctic State Institute of Culture and Arts (AGIKI), with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, has launched the All-Russian distance creative competition "Creator of the Future–2026." As reported by the press service of the department, the organizers aim to identify and support gifted children, teenagers, and young people living in various regions of the country, including the Republic of Tatarstan.

      Those who can showcase their talents include:

      The competition rules provide for two forms of participation: individual (solo performance or author work) and collective (creative groups, ensembles, studios).

      The conceptual idea of 2026 and genre diversity: The central theme of this season is "Cultural Code." Participants will need to reflect on national traditions, regional features, and spiritual values that shape the identity of the peoples of Russia through their own projects.

      To explore this theme, eight competition directions have been developed:

      - Folklore and folk culture.

      - Painting and graphics.

      - Design.

      - Choreography.

      - Musical art.

      - Arrangement and composition.

      - Cinema.

      - Media and digital content.

      Thus, the competition covers both classical forms of creativity (from drawing to dance) and modern digital formats, making it interesting for the widest audience.

      Regulations, key dates, and how to find out the results: The acceptance of applications and competition materials is already open. The deadline is May 27, 2026, inclusive. This deadline cannot be missed: applications will not be accepted later. The results will be announced on June 1, 2026. The final list of winners, prize-winners, and laureates will be published on the official competition website. There, the organizers will also post scans of diplomas and links to works recognized by the jury.
