In the machine engineering industry of the region, highly professional specialists dedicated to their work have been laboring from the very beginning to this day, managing complex technological processes and achieving high production results. Behind your work lies the knowledge and experience of many generations, and your skill, responsibility, and loyalty to the best traditions of the industry are the guarantee of public recognition and respect. This field has always been and remains one of the main sectors of the region's economy, contributing to its development.
Undoubtedly, the main wealth of any enterprise is its dedicated people. Today, it is appropriate to mention one of the plant's general directors, who worked in this position for 17 years and whose name is associated with the emergence of a new microdistrict in the city. Under the careful guidance of Vadim Georgievich Mishin, the quality of the products improved in the 1980s to 2000s, the state plan was unconditionally fulfilled, and a whole microdistrict—New City with social and cultural facilities—was established.
Today, I want to mention the labor dynasties: Sergey Vladimirovich and Venera Khamifovna Zakharov, their son Denis (total work experience of 89 years), Evgeny Nikolaevich and Elena Vladimirovna Darychev, their son Evgeny (total work experience of 83 years), and many others. It is gratifying that the youth are continuing the work of the older generations with dignity.
I thank everyone for their selfless labor. I wish you stable work, interesting ideas, and new inventions. Special thanks to the veterans of the industry. The foundation you laid allows us to expand the production base and pass on experience to the youth.
