      A meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "Tatneftekhiminvest-holding" took place at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The forum program includes scientific and technical conferences, round tables, Supplier Days, a specialized exhibition, and a plenary session. The forum is being held for the 33rd time. In 2025, it gathered over 10,000 participants from four countries and more than 20 regions of Russia. Over three days, 39 events of various formats were organized. Rustam Minnikhanov instructed to ensure a high level of preparation and conduct for the TNGF-2026, as well as to form a rich business program. The General Director of "Prosoft-Systems" (GC "Reglab") from Yekaterinburg, Andrey Ulyanov, presented developments in Russian industrial automation. He presented solutions for automating critical industrial infrastructure. GC "Reglab" is a domestic developer and manufacturer of equipment in the field of industrial automation and has been operating in the market since 2011. The company pays special attention to training its own personnel and improving the qualifications of specialists. Together with leading technical universities and colleges, a system for training engineers and programmers is being developed. In April 2026, a specialized laboratory for industrial automation was opened at KFU based on "Reglab" equipment. In Tatarstan, "Reglab" solutions are already being applied at a number of large enterprises, including "Tatenergo," TANEKO, TAIF-NK, "Sheshma-oil," and others. Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized the importance of developing industrial automation directions and noted that such technologies are in demand in various industries today. He instructed to promote and implement such solutions more actively at industrial enterprises in the region. The General Director of ICL Techno, Evgeny Stepanov, spoke about the company's activities and interaction with enterprises. The project for digital monitoring of the condition of industrial networks was presented by the General Director of "Biometriclabs," Alexey Frolov.

      The General Director of AVAtech, a manufacturer of non-standard industrial equipment, Vasily Vorobyov, spoke about the company's developments. The company has implemented more than 50 projects and collaborates with over 20 major customers. Its product portfolio includes automated assembly lines, presses, and lifting equipment. AVAtech plans to expand its presence in Tatarstan and considers the region a key platform for development. The special economic zone "Innopolis" is being considered as a base for localizing production and an engineering center. Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized the significance of the presented initiatives for the development of the industrial sector of the republic and instructed to thoroughly explore cooperation opportunities with each of the companies.
