      At the upcoming VK Fest, a stage featuring local artists will once again be present. Performers who work with the national musical tradition in various genres will take the stage – from the new Tatar pop and ethno-pop to alternative rock, hip-hop, and electronic sounds. The most famous Tatar performers will entertain guests: Beku, Il’giz, Malsi Music, Dыshat, Defne, Gauga, Khizhina Muzykantа, Marat Yarullin, and DJ Suleiman. The lineup is composed of well-known local artists who are shaping a new musical culture in Tatarstan. The performances will take place with the support of the youth magazines "Idel" and "Idel," published in Russian and Tatar, respectively. The Tatar stage was first presented at VK Fest in Kazan in 2025. This was the first time in the festival's history that a second music stage, fully dedicated to local culture, was organized outside of Moscow and St. Petersburg. "The Tatar stage appeared last year as an experiment, but it has integrated so organically and naturally into the philosophy of VK Fest that now the Kazan festival is unimaginable without it. This year we will show you even more cool and unexpected artists," noted VK Fest director Zoya Novikova. According to the organizers' concept, the local stage will once again unite artists working with Tatar musical tradition and modern sounds, demonstrating that national culture exists organically within a large youth festival space. "It is important for us that Tatar culture sounds confidently, modernly, and is represented where youth gathers today. We see our task as not just preserving the cultural code but developing it, discovering new names, supporting artists, and creating platforms where the Tatar language, music, and traditions become part of the current urban environment. VK Fest is exactly such a space, and we are happy to be part of it again," explained the editor-in-chief of the magazines "Idel" and "Idel," Ramziya Galimova.

      VK Fest will take place on June 7 at the Family Center "Kazan." The main stage will feature rapper FEDUK, Dima Maslennikov, Klava Koka, Tatyana Kurtukova, the band "Sirotkin," Rishat Tukhvatullin, Dora, and Zivert. Autograph sessions will be held, and Klava Koka, Dima Maslennikov, Viki Show, "Improvisators," Platon Gorokhov, Yan Toples, and Super Stas will interact with fans.
