The second stage of the project of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan "PROTaxes" has been successfully completed.
The event took place in the format of a two-day intensive. On the first day, participants listened to a lecture on bankruptcy issues. It was conducted by Sabirov Lenar Zufarovich, a leading specialist-expert and deputy head of the bankruptcy procedures department of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. The students also got acquainted with the SQUAD system (Comprehensive Debt Management and Administration System), developed by the Federal Tax Service of Russia. This departmental digital aggregator allows for the establishment of digital traces of financial transactions of debtors, identifying their connections with beneficiaries and company management, as well as forming a digital model of possible abuses. On the second day of the program, a blitz survey on tax legislation knowledge took place, after which participants began developing their own projects on assigned topics. Bachelor students received the topic "International Taxation Experience," while students from our college received "The Most Unusual Taxes in History." The "PROTaxes" project continues to help young specialists dive deeper into the tax sphere and gain practical knowledge from current experts of the Federal Tax Service.
