The Prosecutor's Office of the Kirov District of Kazan has approved an indictment in the criminal case against three minors from the village of Sokury in the Laishevsky District. They are accused under Part 4 of Article 166 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft committed with the use of violence dangerous to life or health). According to the investigation, on the night of February 15, 2026, the teenagers, being in a state of alcohol intoxication, used taxi services. Around 03:00, acting together and in agreement, they attacked the driver near the stop at house No. 23 on Boiavaya Street. Using violence dangerous to the taxi driver's life and health, the accused stole a Haval Jolion vehicle. One of the teenagers got behind the wheel of the stolen car but lost control. As a result, the vehicle overturned, causing significant mechanical damage to the car. During the preliminary investigation, the minors partially admitted their guilt. The criminal case has been sent to court for consideration on the merits.
