Management denied

      The Housing Inspection of Tatarstan has denied five management companies the right to manage apartment buildings. The decision was made after reviewing applications from the organizations. The main reason for the denial is that the initiators of the general meetings of owners and the management companies themselves do not post the adopted decisions in the State Information System for Housing and Communal Services (GIS ЖКХ). In particular, the "Voting Register" section is not filled out, and other documents required for the formalization of the minutes of the general meetings of owners, approved by the order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia dated April 30, 2025, No. 266/pr, are not provided. The following management companies have been denied:

      - LLC "Udača" – will not be able to manage building No. 68 on Pushkin Street in the urban-type settlement of Urussu, Yutazinsky District.

      - LLC "Zhilservice" – will not service building No. 13 on Mikhail Milya Street in Kazan.

      - LLC "UNIT Service Kazan" – will not receive management of buildings No. 7, building 2 on Gavrilova Street and No. 26, building 2 on Shalyapina Street in Kazan.

      - LLC "Everest Service" – will not be able to manage building No. 8 on Yaryshlar Street in Kazan.

      - LLC "Vector" – will not receive management of building No. 83A on Adelya Kutuy Street in Kazan.
