The Rosreestr of Tatarstan explained which applications can be submitted without an electronic signature when registering real estate.

      The Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Tatarstan reminds citizens about which electronic applications can be submitted to the agency without signing with a qualified electronic signature (QES). Without signing with a QES, the following applications can be submitted to the Rosreestr of Tatarstan:

      - for cadastral registration in connection with changes to the basic information about the real estate object;

      - for cadastral registration and registration of ownership rights for a created or reconstructed individual housing construction object, garden house;

      - for cadastral registration and registration of rights regarding a land plot or newly formed land plots through the redistribution of lands owned by the state or municipal entities, as well as a private land plot based on a decision to approve the layout scheme of the land plot or consent to conclude an agreement on the redistribution of land plots in accordance with the approved land surveying project;

      - for cadastral registration and registration of rights in the case of the formation of two or more land plots as a result of the division of a land plot, as well as the formation of a real estate object as a result of merging with other land plots;

      - for entering information about a previously accounted real estate object into the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN);

      - for the impossibility of registering the transition, termination, limitation of rights, and encumbrance of the real estate object without the personal participation of the right holder (his legal representative);

      - for entering information into the EGRN about the email address and postal address through which communication with the person is carried out;

      - for correcting a technical error (typo, misspelling, grammatical or arithmetic error) made when entering information into the real estate register.

      "The ability to submit documents to the Rosreestr electronically leads to a reduction in the time for cadastral registration and registration of rights to real estate objects, as well as eliminates the need for personal visits to the MFC. At the same time, some electronic applications can be accepted by our agency without the use of a qualified electronic signature when submitted through the personal account on the official Rosreestr website or the "Gosuslugi" portal," noted Elmira Khasyanova, head of the state registration of real estate department in electronic form.
