      8 main danger signals online

      Recruiters hunt for children through online games, Discord, and Telegram. Stop if a stranger:

      Promises quick earnings for setting fire to a relay cabinet, railway tracks, or a military facility. Art. 205, 281 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation — from 10 to 20 years in prison.

      Asks to film or provide coordinates of a military unit, government institution, or industrial facility. Art. 275 (treason) — up to 20 years.

      Calls for an attack on a school or teachers (school shooting, "Columbine"). Art. 205, 105 — up to life imprisonment.

      Invites to unauthorized rallies and protests. Art. 20.2 of the Administrative Offenses Code — a fine of up to 50,000 rubles or arrest for up to 15 days.

      Promotes violence and destruction of government institutions — this is a criminal offense.

      Asks for "help with propaganda" — to spread videos or leaflets against the state. This is complicity.

      Collects money for "common needs" — possible fundraising for terrorists. Art. 282.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (financing extremism) — up to 20 years.

      Attempts to recruit for terrorism through personal messages.

      Punishment — up to life imprisonment.

      What is strictly prohibited in computer clubs
