Participants note that what matters here are not reports, but real cases and experience sharing. One example is the collaboration with LLC "KIR." The company became one of the first partners of the project and hired veteran of the special military operation Evgeny I. The HR center helped post the vacancy, select a candidate, and organize a guaranteed interview. Today he works as an installer of ventilation and air conditioning systems and is simultaneously undergoing training as a forklift driver within the framework of the national project "Personnel." The employer, in turn, submitted an application to the Social Insurance Fund for a subsidy for employing the combat veteran.
